    Counter-Notice Procedure

If your material has been removed due to a DMCA notification and you believe this was done in error or that you have a lawful right to use the material, you may file a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

    1. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
    2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
    3. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
